Hawaiian Visitors!

The Lauaki's from Hawaii!!!

Madison's birth grandparents came to visit us from Hawaii! Siotame Fonua & Lollie Lauaki are wonderful people. We honestly love them and feel they are a great support to Madison and are whole family. Fonua works for BYU Hawaii and comes to Utah and Idaho every October for training. They are always so good to visit us (even when we forget to tell them we moved!)Luckily, they found Trevor Schenck in our old neighborhood who helped them get in contact with us. Thanks Trevor! Fonua traveled clear down here last Sunday and went to church with us(Lollie was sick). After church, grandpa Lauaki passed out lots of presents. It felt like Christmas! My favorite this time was a beautiful handstiched quilt to hang in Savannah's room. I'll send a picture of it later. They are always so generous. We feel spoiled. I tell people that kids can never have too many grandparents to love them. They came again on Friday and stayed with us for Saturday's morning conference. We love their visits and appreciate the love they show us. We are so lucky to have them in our life and look forward to visiting them in Hawaii hopefully soon! The kids thanking grandpa Lauaki for the wonderful gifts. They love him!
Savannah absolutely loved her new blanket! She sure looks like a little doll!
Saturday after the morning session of conference, we went out for Chinese food.

Our kids have always loved it.
Some of my Young Women girls. We are visiting some of the special sisters in our ward and recording their testimonies for our Young Women in Excellence Night. I have loved being with these girls and our awesome leaders. It's been so good for me to be involved with the youth again. I think it had been at least ten years. It has been a nice change.

Hi Jenny Lee, my long lost friend!

I drove past your old house the other day and my stomach dropped! I miss you!

That is so awesome about Madison's grandparents! You can totally see the resemblance in their smiles! Madi is such a beautiful girl! And,
that picture of Savannah totally looked like a porcelain doll!

I don't know why but, I've been thinking of you and adoption. Just a little curious! Give me a call sometime, when you get a chance!

Love Ya!

Oh! I want to come to your Halloween Party!!! :) :)

I want to come to your Halloween party too. I got teary eyed looking at those pictures with Grandpa "hawaii". Too hard to remember his reall name.
Can he get me a job at BYU Hawaii? ha ha
Your blog background is so cute. I have a fetish with all these cute stuff now. I want it.
I took Larry to see your old house. I'm trying to convince him to buy it. We can't afford it but I told him we should just make a low offer and see what happens, it can't hurt. Call me, I have some questions about it.

Jenny,

We sure do miss you around here! We were looking at the pictures the last time you stopped by, they made us smile. You have to promise to keep dropping in on your way up to Idaho. Love the pictures of the kids in the red leaves, they are gorgeous! Lots of love, Debbie

I was looking at your family's cute pictures. I can't believe how much Savannah has changed. I hardly recognize her. What cute kids you have!
