Madison, Ashley, Parker, my mom, and I went to the new Twin Falls Temple on August 6, 2008. We had gone to visit the family one more time before school started. It was good to be with them and try to help them out. My mom is doing better. She is stronger than ever and using her walker around the house. She got staff infection from an incision a doctor made on the side of her leg by her ankle. It has turned into a big open wound now that will not heal. They're doing everything they can. They drive to Pocatello three times a week for treatment. They have hope though that it will heal. I sure admire their faith and positive attitudes.

I love my new furniture!
We were sure glad that we went to the temple open house. It was a special day and we sure felt the spirit there. The kid's favorite rooms were the baptistry and the celestial room.

Jenny, that's awesome you got to go to that. Nolan and I were bummed we didn't stop there on our way to Malta last month:-( So exciting to get another temple in Idaho. Man, I love your family room. I thought at first you were showing home show pictures. You're so good at decorating

So glad to hear about your Mom doing better! I have been worring about her! Staff...ouch! Hope they can get her healed up! Love your furniture and great use of the that "hard to figure out space"...you have always been so talented...you must have inherited that from your Mom.

All the kids start school tomorrow!! Yikes!! Lane gave them all a father's blessing and then I asked him to give me one too!!
I have no idea what I'll do while the kids are gone! You know, Clayton's just half day...but...next year..all day! I wish you still lived here, I'm sure we could come up with something to do!!! (I could come help you paint, or decorate!)
