Lately I've been feeling a little blue. I feel quilty that I get depressed because my life is and should be great. I have four beautiful kids, a loving husband, wonderful parents and in-laws, awesome brothers and sisters, a beautiful house, everything I really need and more, great friends, a strong testimony, etc., etc. I've been told I should try some happy pills (as I'd rather call them). I'm not sure. I want to try other things first I guess. Here's what made me happy today:
my KIDS
The best part about them is that they all just showed up!

Jenny it is always hard for me to come home from UT. All of a sudden I realize how far away I live. It is hard to snap out of it and it takes me a few days! Alot of things could be stressing you out one of them your move, being away from your Mom, ...etc!
What helps me to stop feeling blue is to get up, get out of the house, excersize (I always feel better after) and SERVE others in small ways I can! P.S. Chocolate always helps too :)
But if your are not easily cured there is nothing wrong with taking a happy pill (Bruce use to sell them :))Some advice he tells people is to talk to the Dr. and take them for as long as the Dr. tells you to. Most people start then stop right when they start to feel better... just when the medicine starts to work. Then they relapse into a deeper depression.
Your Children and Flowers are beautiful! So are you! You are a wonderful Mom, friend, example and you're talented in every way! I love you!
I think those days are normal for everyone. It always helps me to know that. You have a ton of flowers around your house. THat is so pretty! I can't believe how old Savannah looks in the last picture, it's been to long, we miss you and hope your feeling well.
Jen,
I love your new blog!
I'm sorry your feeling down.
I know you've been worried about your mom! Worrying is very draining! Especially when you just want to "fix" it. Hang in there! Your right, you are very blessed! You're children are beautiful and Nate has always been supportive of you! I know it's been hard, him being away so much!
Sometimes, the best thing for me is to go to the temple, where it's quiet, take a deep breathe and focus on me and try to view things in an eternal perspective!
If you ever need to talk, call me!!!
Love you!
your yard is gorgeous, Jen! Steph and I really miss visit teaching you! Thanks for commenting on my blog, have fun with the hair-do blog, I'm loving it!
The flowers in your yard are beautiful!!!

Your blog is so cute and WOW! the flowers! I'll bet that was exciting when they all bloomed! I'm proud of you for admitting you are down and need some help. Looks like you have a lot of support already. We are here for you and love you very much. You might just need 1 pill a day. I added up mine and it's 45! Most are Vit. though. Cute pictures of the kids!
Jen I just found you on Kim's blog and forgot that we talked about bloggin before you left. Then I get on yours and I see you have me on there. ooohhh I wish you'd comment then I would have found you sooner. I know what will help you when you're feeling down...a girl's night out with us from S.W. huh? ha ha I'm sorry you feel that way. Just know most of us do more than others realize. It's Satan working on us. I ride a roller coaster daily. I don't know why I feel bad with all my blessings either. Hope you love where you live. What calling do you and Brandon have? How is your ward and neighbors? email me at ciaobella81399@yahoo.com to tell me details if you don't want to talk on the blog. And you can always call me at home too. Hope you come visit soon. Love you
I forgot to mention your flowers. they are beeeauuuuutiful. Be happy you don't have a dead dry yellow crunchy hard lawn like I do. Our sprinkler systems still broken this summer and we don't have money to fix it and we aren't home enough to keep it watered and don't have good sprinkler heads anyway and can't afford the water it WOULD take to keep it green. I feel like white trash. I wish we could have bought your home. It was so cute.
