Before & After

BEFORE & AFTER

I finally did it! I have been wanting to paint my bedroom a different color every since we moved in. It was a lovely lime green color before and now it's a beautiful burlap brown. It feels so much better now to walk in my room. It's warmer and feels more romantic and peaceful. I originally wanted to put some texture on the walls but because I've never tried that and because the Relief Soceity was coming this week to learn how to make bread, I was pressed for time. I'm happy though with how it turned out. Now I want to paint my bathroom the same color. Then, I want to paint Parker's, Madison's, and Ashley's rooms. When will it ever stop! I definately have my mother's blood in me.

You have such great taste Jenny, the room looks awesome. Way to go! You're so talented. Enjoy being able to change things. I feel like we are in this apartment for the long haul, and already I wish I could change a lot in it.

I love it! Larry makes fun of me that my favorite color is brown. But i think for wall color it makes your house feel warm and cozy like a cabin. It also looked like you got a new comforter since the walls made it look green. I love painting too. It's the cheapest way to fix things up.

Hi Jen!!
What a cute family!! I love all of your fall pictures.

The room looks really great. Painting is hard work! That is why mine is still not done!

I sure miss Madi in my primary class...it was so fun to have her in there. Tell her we miss her.
