Our family's summer vacation this year was pretty special. We were so lucky to have mom there most of the time. We sure missed Nolan, Ashley and Thomas though. We sure want to thank MOM and DAD for

Jill, Matthew, Tayna, Jenny, Holly, and Savannah after dinner. We had to leave that night (Wednesday) because Nate had a meeting in Price Thursday. Everyone else stayed until Friday except Mom and Dad who also left Wednesday because mom needed to go back to the hospital. It was a sad day to have to see them go.
Kent and Holly shakin it up at our talent show. That was a fun night. Everyone had some pretty good stuff.
Ashley and Jack. One of the kids favorite things was to ride down the hill by Darin and Tayna's condo in the strollers. They got pretty daring and would go down backwards too.
After the talent show we treated the kids with ice cream cones from the little store there.
Ashley was queen of the beach.
One night Dad took us out for pizza. Savannah was showing off her fat belly.
The biggest accident of the trip was of course . . . . . Madison! She was racing in the pool one night and hit her mouth on the edge of the pool. She was in so much pain. I thought we'd have to run her to the hospital but luckily we got hold of our old dentist and he told us what to do. We got it fixed the day after we got home and you'd never know the difference.

We had some wonderful meals while we there. We only ate dinner together which worked out really good I thought. We played kick ball, had a fun family night, swam, rode bikes, played games after the kids went to bed, went souveneir shopping, etc. We especially enjoyed playing on the beach and surfing, skiing, and tubing behind dad's fancy new boat.

Jenny, You had some fun pictures. I forgot to blog the one with all the cousins, so I'm glad you did, I love that one. I will have to get the one of Darin from you. Sometimes he surprises me with what he will and won't do! It sure turned out great. I'm glad you got to stay with us those first couple nights.
What a party. We were bummed we couldn't make it and thought of what fun everyone was having while we were here. I am glad it is over so I am not so jealous thinking about it anymore:-) Great Pictures!
